Broman Battery Associates announced today that they have been selected to manage the sale of the EVERLAST Brand for Automotive, Marine, Commercial and Back Up Power Systems. EVERLAST Brand traces its origin back to the early 1900’s and the sport of boxing.

“The EVERLAST Battery Brand is the perfect brand name for a premium Automotive or household back up power grid system’. Said Dennis Brown, Founder of Broman Battery Associates. It says it all, tough, long lasting, quality. All attributes that the consumer wants and needs in their battery.

The EVERLAST Brand for Batteries was acquired by Chris Antoniou, owner of The Battery Experts, an Engineering, Sourcing and Distribution Company located in Plano Texas. According to Mr. Antoniou he acquired the rights to the EVERLAST Brand in the 2013.

Broman Battery Associates announced today that they have entered into an agreement to provide consulting services to Tecnova SA Ecuador. Broman will provide Tecnova SA, Engineering and Design Support for the Battery Manufacturing business as well as Sales Representation for North America.

“We are pleased to be working with Tecnova Battery Manufacturing” Said Ray Brown CEO Broman Battery Associates. “They have the potential to become a World Class Battery Manufacturing Organization with capacity to help supply both the North American Battery Market but the south American Market a well”.

BroMan Battery Associates have provided ZAF and AEsir Engineering and Design Support for the NiZn Battery Manufacturing business as well as Sales and marketing planning for North America and relationships with key equipment suppliers.
